Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was perfect and very valuable, ideal after a 10-hour flight from the US for a layover in Brussels. The rooms were comfortable, but housekeeping knocking on the door three times in the morning for room cleaning was a bit inconvenient.
I wouldn't recommend for any longer stay due to tiny bathroom and limited space generally; leaving the window open permanently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering all you need like a comfortable bed, extra pillows if needed, shower/bathroom with shower gel, soap & hairdryer included, and TV with many channels including 3 from BBC.
Arriving after a cold day, I was glad to find extra covers in the room. Opening the electric heat in the bathroom and leaving the door open turned the room into a cozy 'Turkish bath' in no time. Though a bit packed on the top floor, the room itself was tiny, the smallest I've ever stayed in.
After a tiring 10-hour flight from the US for a layover in Brussels, I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The room was small for large luggage, and the noise from outside was quite disruptive. On the positive side, the housekeeping service was friendly and efficient.
The hotel had very noisy rooms with thin walls, making it hard to sleep due to hearing everything next door, and the breakfast was cold and limited. However, the room was clean and suitable for one person.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean and comfy. However, the ground floor room I stayed in had a bit of a urine smell, possibly due to the hot weather and proximity to the sewer. The service was a mix of amazing and not-so-nice experiences. The location was convenient for exploring on foot, although it may get dusty at times. When it comes to dining, the options were average, but the waffles and pancakes were a good start to the day. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel provided clean and warm rooms, with the option for eco-friendly cleaning services, though there was a slight issue with cleanliness initially that got resolved promptly. The service was nice and efficient, especially with friendly and helpful staff available. The location was excellent, within walking distance of main attractions, despite a few quirks in the bathroom. The dining experience was satisfying with a good selection of food. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel is ideally situated close to major attractions in Brussels, though the rooms are on the smaller side and lack some basic features. The service was friendly overall, but there were instances of privacy invasion. The dining options were adequate but a bit pricey. The location is fantastic for exploring the city's main sights.
The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the Grand Place and within the happening area of Brussels. The rooms, although a bit small, offer a nice view of St Catherine's church. While the presence of bedbugs was a disappointment, the value for money is reasonable for a short stay in Brussels.
The hotel room was really spacious, but it was across from the square, making it very noisy due to traffic running alongside our room. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and we found a half-empty glass on the nightstand. On the positive side, the room was tidied daily, and fresh towels were provided each day.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and is conveniently located near the city centre and restaurants. While some areas may need refurbishment, it provides a good base for exploring the city. The service was friendly and welcoming, although some improvements could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but the small size can be uncomfortable. The service was lacking with rudeness and oversight on room features. However, the location is convenient and near downtown amenities though lacking in informing guests. The dining experience falls short in variety and organization.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit small and could use some updating to make them more comfortable, but the view from my room was amazing. While the cleanliness was lacking, it was still an enjoyable stay overall.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were incredibly noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was disappointing with cold food options and poor maintenance. On the bright side, the hotel was very spacious and had a welcoming atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a reasonable size with some difficulties such as getting the heating to turn off. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there was a misunderstanding about additional city payment. The location was convenient, but the dining options were limited and pricey.
